Princip rada:
The shaker sorting is realized under the combined action of the bed surface and the horizontal water flow. The bed strips or grooves on the bed surface are longitudinal and nearly perpendicular to the direction of the water flow. When the water flows horizontally, vortices, eddies and beds are formed in the grooves. The combined effect of surface shaking can loosen the ore layer and layer it according to density. The heavy minerals turn to the lower layer and the light minerals to the upper layer. This process is called "segregation and stratification". The ore particles are subjected to a smaller impulse, so the lateral movement speed of light mineral particles on the bed surface is greater than the lateral movement speed of heavy mineral particles on the bed surface.
